Asia Maintenance (Hereinafter referred to as AMA) is engaged in maintenance, repair, remodeling, and overhaul of production-related equipment, as well as manufacturing of various jigs, special-purpose machines, robot systems, etc. in Thailand. In addition to the experience and know-how of the craftsmen, the outstanding service was created from a "strong commitment" to the factory.

Own factory that supports the high technology of Asia Maintenance

The company divides its internal division into three categories: "repair / modification," "non-machining machine," and "jig." The core "repair / modification" department repairs / modifies / overhauls various industrial machines such as machining centers, special-purpose machining machines, lathes, and grinders. It also accommodates retrofits.

One of the reasons why we can provide customers with repairs and modifications of high-precision machines is the experience and know-how of craftsmen with Japanese-level technology. Further, we have our own factory that supports them.

Commitment 1 : Floor with epoxy resin coating

Epoxy resin coating has excellent durability, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and waterproofing, and has cushioning properties that concrete does not have. By reflecting light, it has the effect of showing a sanitary and clean factory that is always conscious of 5 important traits (organization, tidying, cleaning, sanitation, discipline).

Commitment 2 : Clean air factory that minimizes the temperature difference as much as possible

In the QC room and precision assembly room, a precision air conditioner (PAP) that thoroughly controls the room temperature, is installed to keep the condition at ±1℃. In order to further enhance these effects, we used a double-structured wall with heat insulating material that adopted the Japanese construction method. In addition, by making the building away from the outer wall of the factory, temperature control that is not affected by the outside air temperature is realized.

Commitment 3 : A movable gantry crane is installed that can handle heavy objects

A gantry crane that can carry loads of up to 3 tons is installed in the factory. Efficient and optimal utilization is possible by using a gantry crane instead of a general overhead crane.

Commitment 4 : Submit work report to customer

After the work, a report containing data of before and after is submitted. In addition, after repairing the shaft head and spindle, we perform trial runs such as thermal displacement, temperature change, vibration, etc. with our own test run device according to the customer's usage conditions and submit a report with data. Due to this commitment, the machine is in a state where the customer can use it with peace of mind after delivery.

The president explains the reasons for these commitments. "First of all, I want the staff to work comfortably in a clean environment. And I wish to depict the message that this factory will make the next generation engineers feel that ‘maintenance work is actually a cool job.’”

Furthermore, as a hope for the future, he continued to say, "If any customer looks at our technology and may benefit, they are welcomed to utilize it in their internal usage." The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
The Company will take appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information.
The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
